Section 4. Prices, invoicing and payment

4.1. Invoices are issued on delivery and must reference the purchase order number.

4.2. Payment is due within 30 days of receiving a valid invoice.

4.3. Any price change requires 60 days' written notice to the buyer.

4.4. Late payments accrue interest at 1% per month.
